records are maintained nationally by the county in which each event
occurred. Most of the counties offer on-line assistance by providing
order forms, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, or other guidance in
assisting you in obtaining these records. These records are entirely
public, meaning anyone with the nominal service charge, different in
each county, can obtain them. Remember, search by the COUNTY in which
the birth or other event occurred.
